Introduction

Ross Robotics operates a comprehensive formally-accredited ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).

The purpose of our Quality Policy and its associated policies & procedures is to drive and ensure Ross Robotics’s commitment to Quality Management & Continual Service Improvement, and to satisfying the applicable Quality requirements of our interested parties such as employees, customers, partners and suppliers.

Applicability

This Policy applies to all staff, including employees, contractors and interns working for or under the control of Ross Robotics Ltd.

Policy

Ross Robotics operates a formal ISO 9001 accredited Quality Policy dedicated to ensuring the success of our products & services, project deliveries, and the maintenance of our services.

Our philosophy is to look beyond only academic compliance with any standard, seeking in addition to identify, define and align with the real business needs of our customers, with a sustained focus on Quality Management and Continual Service Improvement.

To support the policy, Ross Robotics aims to ensure that our employees have the widest relevant experience and ability to understand and interpret our Customers’ requirements, and the expertise to work with our Customers to deliver solutions that are fit-for-purpose within agreed timeframes and budgets. Ross Robotics achieves this through a formal Recruitment & Selection Policy, induction processes, periodic performance reviews and feedback, and ongoing training.

Our Quality Policy is supported by a number of associated Policies and Frameworks covering all critical and customer-impacting aspects of our business, including Business & Technology Risk Assessments, Project Planning, Delivery, Deployment, Change Management, and Customer Service to name just a few.

All of our policies, operating procedures and frameworks are underpinned by our Continual Service Improvement Plan, which is designed to enhance and improve the effectiveness of our management systems, with a focus on the successful delivery and the achievement of successful outcomes for our customers.

Compliance, Monitoring, Audit, and Review

Compliance with this Policy and all other associated policies is mandatory for all management, staff, contractors and other representatives of the company.

Compliance is monitored through regular internal audits, internal governance procedures, and formal independent external audits by UKAS accredited assessors.

As part of our continual service improvement, this Policy and all associated policies are reviewed at least annually, and in response to any impacting business changes.
